ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION
Titan Capital is very pleased
to announce the recent acquisition and construction financing
for a New York City development team. The $10,500,000.00 loan
will be used to acquire the property and develop the land with
a six story, thirty-five unit condominium building. This particular
development team has already developed and sold dozens of units
just north of Central Park. Titan Capital is excited to be working
with these and other developers in contributing to the gentrification
of Harlem.
