Mr. Job began his career with Titan Capital in 2007 as a junior staff accountant and has since grown with the company, assuming leadership responsibilities within the firm’s accounting, underwriting and portfolio servicing departments. He works closely with Titan’s senior partners in the underwriting and analysis of all new investment opportunities, including loan origination, distressed debt acquisition and equity participations. Additionally, Mr. Job oversees the management of multiple municipal tax lien portfolios held by Titan Capital throughout New York and Connecticut.

Mr. Job is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the State University of New York at Potsdam, where he was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Employment Relations. At Potsdam, Mr. Job was awarded membership in the Sigma Beta Delta and Phi Kappa Phi honor societies, and was recognized as a Departmental Scholar by the Department of Business Administration. After graduation, Mr. Job continued his education at Clarkson University where he earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Innovation and New Venture Management.
