Mr. Waldman is a key member of the Titan Capital team, bringing a wealth of expertise in commercial real estate financing. Since joining the firm in 2016, Zachary has demonstrated exceptional skills in originating, underwriting, and analyzing new debt and equity opportunities within the industry. With a strong commitment to delivering results, Zachary has played a pivotal role in originating and underwriting over $1.5 billion in debt transactions during his tenure at Titan Capital.
Zachary is also responsible for the management and oversight of the properties held by the firm, effectively optimizing the performance of such CRE assets. In addition to this, Zachary is responsible for servicing the tax obligations and insurance requirements for the loans in Titan’s extensive portfolio and supports all investor relations and marketing activities.
Zachary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The University of Miami School of Business.
